I got a kindle last may but still have 15 or so paperbacks to read. Currently I&#8217;m reading Paper Towns and its a guilty pleasure since it doesn&#8217;t made me wonder about anything which I enjoy. Become a long distance runner, have arm strength. I&#8217;m thinking some thing active five days a week; yoga, Nike training, cardio on demand, anything. Then once I get used to that I&#8217;ll change my diet, thinking before I put it on my plate, keeping portions in mind. </p> <p>In somewhat related use I&#8217;m thinking of not looking for something to watch on tv, I have a season of skins uk left and two of the office, the daily show. So I&#8217;ll get my mindless entertainment there. </p> <p>Getting organized/scheduled will definitely help me once I&#8217;m back on campus. Time limiting meals by myself and knowing what I want before I swipe in. Waking up at the same time every weekday.
